Quick Help

Manage or cancel your subscription

If you subscribed in the app on iPhone, manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. If you subscribed on our website, sign in at account.quacktrack.com to manage or cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Restore a purchase

On iPhone, open Menu > Account and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. The button shows on iPhone for App Store subscriptions; a subscription bought on our website comes with your QuackTrack login, so there’s nothing to restore.

Delete your account

Open Menu > Account, tap Delete Account at the bottom, tap Confirm, type DELETE and tap Delete My Account. This deletes your profile, email, phone number and login, your photos, markers, dogs, notes, saved zones, migration reports, friends, invites and support conversations, and the hunts you hosted on your own. Birds you logged in other hunters’ hunts stay in their totals as “Removed User”. A website subscription is cancelled for you; an App Store subscription is not, so cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings. No longer have the app? Request account deletion.

Report a regulation or map error

Tap a limit card on the hunt screen, or a season on the Dashboard, to open its regulations, then tap Report an Issue and tell us what’s wrong. You can also email support@quacktrack.com with the state, zone and what you saw.

Invites and group hunts

During a hunt, tap Hunters at the top right of the hunt screen, then Add Another Hunter. Search by name, email or phone and tap the hunter to invite them; they accept the invite in their app and join your hunt. If nobody is found, tap Send Invitation to invite them to QuackTrack.

About Regulations

QuackTrack summarizes regulations and can be wrong or out of date. Official federal and state regulations are the law — check them before you hunt. Posted signs and local rules take precedence. Not every restricted area is shown.
